Peta Murgatroyd & Maksim Chmerkovskiy almost broke up 3 times on a family trip

The longtime couple teased the end of their marriage in an August 9 Instagram video after a vacation with their two children.

Peta Murgatroyd, 37, took to Instagram on August 9 to reveal that she and her husband Maksim "Max" Chmerkovskiy, 43, are quitting their jobs on their last family vacation. The Stars With the Stars sensation teased her and Maxim as they rode in the car in silence, enjoying each other. Captioned map of his Instagram Reel: "We're on our way to a 'magical' retreat in a cottage where we think we can't be separated 3 times.

The mother-of-two shared a video of Shirelles' hit song Mama Said and joked about her spats in the post. "... it's for the kids. If you haven't had one of these, you can't be doing it right ... #funnyvideos #parentingproblems #parenting." In the video, Peta wears a long-sleeved gray sweater that looks like purple pants. Meanwhile, the hobbit chose a black t-shirt and matching black baseball cap.

Soon after Peta shared the video with her 995K followers, many responded to the comments and joined in the fun. "Marriage: agree to love the person you hate for the rest of your life," one fan captioned the post, while another said, "wrapping the car for vacation with wallpaper in it." One of Peta's fans couldn't help but offer some friendly advice for the tough times. "So it's true.. show your friend you won't be mad at him," they wrote, while another said: "Thank you for being real."

Although it's unclear where the couple is going, Peta and Max have an extra family member on their trip this year, as the dancer was born on June 18. Last month, the A-listers celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary on July 8. Peta took to Instagram to share wedding photos from moment to moment to commemorate the big moment. "Love of my life @maksimc Happy birthday to the man I love... 6 years married 10 years. Without a doubt, my best friend on earth, my love for you is endless," she wrote with a red heart emoji. The "Faith, Hope & Love" star and Max bonded over 2017, especially Shai's birthday.
