Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith appeared together for the first time since the Oscars
The outing comes after the actor said in a video last month that his wife didn't tell him "to do something" before punching Chris Rock on stage at the 94th Academy Awards.
Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett-Smith have been spotted together in public for the first time since the infamous Oscars in March.
The couple enjoyed an afternoon date at Nobu Malibu on Saturday as they were photographed together for the first time since Will, 53, punched Chris Rock on stage while defending Jada, 50, at the 94th Academy Awards.
They seemed to be in good spirits and bearded Will even threw a peace sign at a fan as Jada appeared to be holding on to his belt loop as they walked to their car.
