According to sources familiar with the matter,
Pacino doubts her ability to have children due to a medical condition that often results in infertility.
TMZ reported Thursday that Pacino has asked his
girlfriend, 29, Noor Alfallah, to take a paternity test
to prove he is the father of his unborn child.
According to TMZ, Alfala, aware of Pacino's concerns, eventually did a DNA test that confirmed Pacino was the real father.
