Sam Asghari paid Britney Spears $10 million

A new report claims that as part of the ex-husband's prenuptial agreement, the actor has waived his claim to Britain's extensive music catalog.

According to Us Weekly, Sam will at least miss out on the $10 million divorce settlement from Britney Spears. A source close to the situation revealed some details, including what the "Gimme More" singer will pay her husband in the divorce. Due to one of the conditions, Sam will not receive a large amount of Britney's money.

insider said Sam will be paid "$1 million every two years" during their engagement and $10 million after 15 years of marriage. Sam has not been paid $ 10 million while the couple has been separated for more than a year. Also, Sam gave up the discography rights and his name is not in his household. Instead, their house is added to the LLC.

Sam said they don't want to be pre-selected.

Britney has not released a statement about the divorce, but her wedding ring has been missing from her first photo and since the news broke. In his Instagram post, he announced that he wanted to buy a horse. Sam opened up about the former couple's love of horseback riding in an exclusive interview with HollywoodLife in December 2021.
