The official cause of death has been revealed for Euforia star Angus Cloud. According to TMZ, the HBO actor died from a lethal combination of fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine and more. Death was attributed to an accidental overdose. The Alameda County Coroner found that the actor was acutely intoxicated by a combination of drugs that included a benzodiazepine.
Angus died on July 31, and his family released a statement to TMZ the same day. "It is with the heaviest of hearts that we have to say goodbye to a wonderful man today," he said. "As an artist, friend, brother and son, Angus is very special to all of us in many ways. "He buried his father last week and is struggling with the loss".
The statement read: "We are relieved to know that Angus is now reunited with his best friend, his father. Angus has been open about his battle with mental health and we hope his death can remind others that they are not alone and do not have to struggle alone in silence. We wish the world remember her for her smile, laugh and love for all. We ask for privacy as we process this terrible loss."
Shortly after the death announcement, TMZ reported that the mother called 911 on July 31 around 11:30 p.m., saying she had no pulse. after his father's death, Angus struggled with "severe suicidal thoughts" and returned from a trip to Ireland to bury his father. Angus was later pronounced dead at the mall. He was reportedly living with family members in Oakland at the time of his death.
Angus got his break as an actor playing Fezko on the HBO hit. It is not always easy for an actor to play a role in his career. "It surprised me," he said. "Because I didn't go out there sweating and busting, but I mentally quit, got in the car and went, 'S ***!' What the f***? I'm tired as f*** and I don't do s***! I'm a very easy, rough guy. Angus was filming the upcoming film Your Lucky Day before his death, and director Daniel Brown highlighted the late actor's talent in an interview with Variety on September 22.
